In partnership with the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (FRLA) and the Department of State’s Florida Main Street Program, VISIT FLORIDA has begun including these historic Florida communities on the Florida Attractions Finder – a popular online tool where visitors can personalize their Florida experience. Today, Commissioner of Agriculture Adam H. Putnam and VISIT FLORIDA announced a joint effort to highlight the state’s growing agritourism industry by adding a new feature to the Florida Attractions Finder. This video-rich online tool, which allows travelers to identify attractions that best fit their personal preference, has been viewed more than 112,000 since its inception in May. Continue reading »

At Stereo Café, a cozy restaurant located in the heart of Munich, Germany, VISIT FLORIDA recently held a small reception to announce the Florida Attractions Finder to nearly 20 top in-country consumer journalists. Germany is one of the Sunshine State’s top markets for visitation and visitor spending; ranked second in Europe and sixth globally, with 452,000 visitors who spent more than $283 million in 2015.
