Sunshine Matters

To demonstrate the value of partnership in promoting tourism throughout Florida, VISIT FLORIDA approached six Partner businesses to create videos about their experiences and involvement with our Partnership Program. Seven videos, one for each business and one compilation video, were produced by Cycle Here Media.

Testimonials were provided by:

• Osceola County Historical Society, featuring Margaret Wallis, Development Director
• Pegasus Transportation, featuring Claudia Menezes, Vice President
• Spirit of the Suwanee Music Park & Campground, featuring Teena Peavey, Marketing Director
• The Zora Neale Hurston National Museum of Fine Arts, featuring N.Y. Nathiri, Director of Multidisciplinary Programs
• Medieval Times Orlando, featuring Matt Tuchman, Marketing & Sales Manager
• Beachwalk Resort, featuring Benjamin Caban, Director of Sales & Marketing

These businesses range in size and industry sector to provide a diverse demonstration of the value of partnership and the marketing programs available through VISIT FLORIDA. Each video features a different business, explaining how VISIT FLORIDA impacted their growth, access to marketing programs, advocacy in the tourism industry and other key factors.

The videos are displayed on VISIT FLORIDA’s industry website to inspire partnership by potential businesses and show how others have already engaged with VISIT FLORIDA to successfully market their destinations.  The testimonials will also be shown during VISIT FLORIDA events hosted around the state, including our Lunch & Learns and Partner Roadshows.
